Uniglobe Axon Travel can, under no circumstances, be held liable for damage caused by:

·Incorrect, improper or unauthorised use of the online booking system or breaches of the aforementioned 'best practice' approach. This includes, for example, use by a robot or automated systems, the spread of a virus, Trojan horses or other malicious, harmful or disruptive data, work, codes or programs; reselling to third parties or making the booking channel available to third parties and/or unauthorised persons, etc.

·Loss, incorrect or unlawful use of [customer]'s or an appointed manager's username and/or password. This includes, for example, setting up a false identity or using the system for personal purposes other than those permitted by [customer]

·Incorrect information supplied by [customer].

·Spreading information that has been compromised by a virus.

· An accident, fire, natural disaster, power failure and, in general, any cause external to UBI.
